The Marine For Life Program has been developed by Headquarters Marine Corps to provide valuable assistance and sponsorship to Marines returning to civilian life. The program will reaffirm and maintain a mutually supportive life-long relationship between the Marine, his Corps, and the public that they serve, thereby strengthening their ethos of "Once A Marine, Always A Marine."

The Air Force Association (AFA), formed in 1946, has nearly 150,000 members and is an independent, nonprofit, civilian aerospace organization that promotes public understanding of aerospace power and national defense. AFA publishes the monthly Air Force Magazine, a highly regarded aerospace journal.

The U.S. Army Warrant Officers Association (USAWOA) serves Army Warrant Officers worldwide. Those served include Active Army, National Guard, Reserve, Former Warrant Officers, Warrant Officer Candidates, and Friends of the Corps. Founded in July 1972 in Indianapolis, IN, the USAWOA has provided almost 30 years of service to Army Warrant Officers and their families.

The Navy League of the United States was founded in 1902. It is unique among military-oriented associations in that it is a civilian organization dedicated to the education of our citizens, including our elected officials, and the men and women of the sea services and their families.
